Purple with a Purpose Ribbon Photo

Staff, residents and family members will gather dressed in purple to take a photo in the shape of the purple ribbon. Recreation staff will also engage residents and staff with smaller activities on the units to represent those unable to attend the photo.

As Tenant Resource Coordinator, I would like to draw attention to this very important event. The average age of residents who live here is eighty-two years young. Many have adult children, grand-children and great grand-children. It would be a healthy move on our part to educate the next generations about elderly abuse and what can be done to completely eradicate it.
